artlook® SWPA School Sign-Ups Are Due July 31!

Ready to showcase the importance of arts education in your school or district? Join schools and arts partners across the region by completing your artlook® SWPA commitment form by July 31.
Launched by Arts Ed Collaborative (AEC) in 2021, artlook® SWPA is a no cost online hub designed to help educators immerse young people in powerful, personally relevant arts learning opportunities. This platform provides a comprehensive picture of the people, places, and programs supporting arts learning in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
🌟 New for the 2025–26 School Year
We’re excited to introduce new benefits for participating schools:
- Programs: Offer actionable insights to improve arts learning and connect schools with regional arts partners.
- Publications: Receive a personalized report to support arts program improvements, grant writing, and policy development.
- Profile Completion Stipends: Schools that complete their artlook® profile are eligible for stipends based on their student population:
- 60–100% low-income enrollment → $400
- 40–59% → $350
- 20–39% → $300
- 0–19% → $250
Stipends can be used to strengthen arts partnerships—covering materials, artist fees, transportation, scholarships, or staff development.
Schools or districts that complete their commitment forms by June 13 are eligible for one free 90-minute workshop—either for your leadership team in June or July, or for your educators in August (subject to scheduling availability).
