Leadership Academy Applications Are Open!
Leadership Academy is a dynamic, arts-based professional learning experience designed for classroom teachers, arts and culture organization staff, and teaching artists. Whether you’re an arts education specialist or a non-arts educator looking to meaningfully integrate the arts (e.g., STEAM, PBL, SEL, and more), this program offers space to grow, reflect, and lead with purpose.
Guided by Arts Ed Collaborative Executive Director Yael Silk and an inspiring lineup of guest experts, participants will:
- Build a vibrant professional community with peers and facilitators who share your passion for education and the arts.
- Create inclusive, joyful learning environments that honor diverse identities, histories, and cultures.
- Advance professionally through hands-on leadership development, practical tools, and personalized action planning.
The program kicks off with a summer intensive, July 13–17, and continues throughout the school year with a blend of monthly virtual and in-person sessions held at arts and culture venues across the region. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to deepen your learning, strengthen relationships, and support the implementation of your action plan.
We offer sliding-scale registration ($650–$975) and scholarships to help make the program accessible. Applications are due Saturday, May 2nd and are accepted on a rolling basis.
